Came 3 times to the dissolve filler that was incorrectly placed on the side of my jowl by the same practitioner, I’ve given up hope and will have to ...go to a different practitioner. Also the remaining filler injected in my lips wasn’t done right as it ended up being superficial and now I will have to dissolve a bit of my upper lip. Edit: in no way did I mean for my review to come across as spiteful or disrespectful, the only free service I got from Karen is the dissolving which I’m thankful for, everything else I paid for and have proof of paying for it. However, I’m not lying about the filler that was injected in my jowl that I had to come 3 times within one week to fix as it kept sticking out. Also, if you remember the remaining 3/4ml lip filler I had left I had injected in my upper lip which I did mention dissolving on the 3rd time I was there but you said to wait it out, in my honest opinion I’m unhappy with it but in no way am I saying this to bash anyone. I did ask to book yesterday which in the same message I mentioned dissolving, decided to not go through with it as I was afraid I wouldn’t get the results I wanted. By the way, don’t ever think you’re entitled to ring my personal number numerous times because you can’t handle the fact that a customer is unhappy with YOUR service, disgusting behaviour from a grown woman. Since you want to continue to lie let’s get it straight, the day you did my Jowl filler you would step back and analyse my face and agree I needed more filler as it was still uneven so I’m not sure what you mean by “insisting” when you agreed with me? Then once you was over half way through with the jowl filler you said “there’s a little bit left let’s just use it all” I hope your two “witnesses”also heard that. You also stated that I agreed with you on the second time I came that you put too much filler, you was the one with the needle in hand and the “qualification”, you had the knowledge that filler expands after a while, I did not know this but you did. Moreover what does that have to do with the fact that you injected the filler ABOVE the jaw sideways and said “let’s try something new”. This caused the filler to protrude when I would make a facial movement, so please stop deflecting to save face and accept some responsibility. Since you want to talk about red flags I also think you having a kid and a dog wondering around in the same area you inject people’s faces is a red flag.Don’t ever try ring my number again or contact me as I have no more attention to give to you. All of Karen’s genuine clients know this does 100% not reflect her true portfolio. Karen would never usually go over other clinics work but on this occasion she tried to do what she could for you as you were very very persistent, bad mouthing another clinic🚩and told us you were 'skint'. So Karen being the kind person she is resolved the issue for FREE for you. I sincerely hope you find a clinic you can finally be satisfied with, good luck and all the best in the future Zerda.
