Dr. Soha took the time to explain ...the options that would best help me achieve the results I was looking for. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciated how genuinely she provided her recommendations without trying to oversell any unnecessary treatments or products. I decided to have Profhilo treatment alongside the Anti-Wrinkle Treatment, and after just one session, I’ve already noticed a great improvement and a significant difference. My face no longer looks tired, my skin is plump and bright, and my skin tone is much more even. I just had my second Profhilo session yesterday and am excited to see further improvements. Very disappointed. At first, I booked my appointment at 9am through the app because that was the best time for me but they called me to move it for 3p...m for the reason that there are train delays. I said I cant do it at 3pm because I have to pick up my son from the nursery and then they gave me an appointment at 1pm. On the day with the appointment they called me to go at 1:30 then they let me wait until 1:40. I told them I cant wait any longer as I have to pick up my son. I had the ultra body tite treatment which is advertised for 60 minutes on the app. They sat me on the bed at 1:47 and at 2:17 they said is finished. Now , I do understand I was on a rush but at least they could do the treatment until 2:30 or a bit longer it wasnt my fault that they was late with the previous client. Therefore, I had to pay the full price for just 30 minutes. They both were insisting on buying a course and especially Dr Soha who told me that I need 4 session looking at me with my clothes on :)) very poor service, unprofessional. I would never recommend it to anyone and I'm disappointed that I chose there service. Show more
