Booked an appointment for 9:30AM and waited almost an hour. Asked for a low taper fade.. the taper was not low, it was NOT even on each side. The fade... itself was not worth calling a fade. They do a good beard trim but with no shaving gel so it’s just a dry shave ?! At the end I was told the price was £28 when the price is £25 on the app. This is a fair review and an honest experience ( I was being over charged even after having waited for an hour after my appointment time) do better … Show more

We are sorry to hear that you left our shop unhappy we always take the best care of our costumers, we have checked your appointment and it was at 9:45 not 9:30 so maybe you came earlier and that’s why it felt like you've waited for so long. And the £3 extra was because of the hot towel that you had , on the app it only shows the price for beard trim and haircut not any extra services that we offer. We really hope you understand !
