Really lovely experience with Kai yesterday having my nails done (biab) Kai's cabin is lovely, cosy & welcoming. Its just got a little step up into i...t so great for anyone with limited mobility like me. Anyone who knows me knows my love of coffee so def a plus point being offered a lovely coffee to enjoy while I was getting my nails done. Booking was really straightforward & communication prompt which is really important to me as a self employed business owner who has very little free time on their hands.
