This is a one day “stand alone” course for those interested in reflexology and is an introduction to our 3 day course.

Students will learn to appreciate how the feet mirror the body and how, by working the Zones, they can stimulate the systems of the body and bring about balance and harmony.

Following the pioneering work of William FitzGerald, who mapped the 10 Longitudinal Zones and Shelby Riley, who mapped the 10 Horizontal Zones, Reflex Zone Therapy is the very first therapy where the soles of the feet were stimulated offering the client pain relief, relaxation, stress relief, balance and calm.

Zone Therapy is the forerunner of Reflexology. It is the foundation on which all versions of Reflexology were built and is a wonderful treatment in its own right.

The course is dedicated to hands-on practice ensuring students are able to carry out a treatment confidently, safely and effectively.

Pregnancy Massage Training.

COURSE ENDORSED BY MIDWIVES, AND ACCREDITED BY AHTT & VHMBT.

This one day advanced course looks at many of the symptoms and conditions associated with pregnancy. It is a gentle touch massage; physically gentle, non forceful and non intrusive and does not stimulate the physical body in the same way as deep tissue massage, vigorous sports massage or circulatory Swedish massage, and although common techniques are used, the aim of a pregnancy massage is to be relaxing, soothing and calming, not remedial. Half a day is self-study with a full day of practical application. The manual will be emailed in PDF format prior to doing the practical day. This course will give the professional therapist the confidence to massage prenatal clients.

The pregnancy massage is carried out with the client in a side-lying position and includes massaging the arms, hands, legs, feet, the whole of back, shoulders, face and scalp as well as very light massage to the abdomen (subject to acceptance from the mum-to-be).

Pregnancy Massage helps to prepare the body for the changes that occur during this special time and will help to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension which can aid and support the mum-to-be and help her enjoy a healthy, happy pregnancy.

(This massage can also be adapted for people suffering with life limiting illness and conditions as it is so gentle and nurturing, with lots of bolstering techniques and alternative positions!)

This one day intensive course will teach you everything you need to know about the history of Indian Head Massage, the techniques, benefits, contra-indications, contra-actions, basic anatomy of the head, neck and back and the Chakra energy system.

With easy to learn techniques, Indian Head Massage is the perfect therapy for beginners and experienced therapists alike. Course is dedicated to hands-on practice ensuring students are able to carry out a treatment confidently, safely and effectively. The comprehensive manual covers theory, setting up in business and after the course, on going support is provided.

Upon completion students will be awarded a Diploma in Indian Head Massage provided they can satisfy the Tutor that they are confident and competent. This is Traditional Seated Indian Head Massage, but lying down “spa style” will also be taught in the afternoon, as this is the most popular with clients.

Anatomy and Physiology qualification is not a requirement to undertake this course

I started my training to hold Women's circles in January 2022, it was a deep and enlightening process which added to my many years of training as a Reiki Master. I hold Cacao Ceremonies primarily as it’s heart opening properties do enhance the journey of all the women involved. 
What do you receive as the participant? They are a space for self development and discovery, we can work with intentions calling in and also letting go. All women who are called are welcome, we provided the safe space. In years gone by they were very popular but through fear and conditioning they lost their momentum so I’m always happy to hold this space for those way-showers willing to dive in. 
As a Holy Fire Reiki Masters, Yogi, Reflexologist, Body Worker, Energy Medicine and Cacao Medicine worker I bring all elements of Emotional, Spiritual, Mental and Physical aspects to my work. We hold space during powerful spiritual times, portals and cycles where support may be most needed. The goal is Empowerment, Knowledge or blending old worlds with new.
