I've booked Zero /Skin fade +beard trim + razor for £30 , 1 hour slot . After my fairly good haircut, which took 20 minutes, the lady stated she didn'...t do the razor and started to take the covering apron off, indicating the job was done. After my request, she cut my beard using a trimmer for the next 2 minutes, asking if the length is good enough . I confirmed expecting the further steps (shaping, etc, as the other barbers normally do), but that was it. On top of that, after 20 odd minutes of job, I've been charged for a full service, which obviously hasn't been done properly. The last thing you want to experience a day before your holiday,and I had to run around the other barbers without any pre booking to get my beard done. Was trying my best not to leave the first negative feedback for business trying to contact the business owner, unfortunately, with no joy . Show more

Very happy with my 1st visit there. I am difficult customer if it's about my hair - after few bad experiences I developed 'trust issues' when it's co...mes to hairdressers. Haircut - all was done as I requested, my every comment was taken to consideration, I was asked about every step if it's okay or not. Cut itself was what I wanted, done fast&proffesional. Good products used in Salon. Small minus that I got little cuts on neck after trimmer but it can happen with neck-length hair. Atmosphere and staff - Daniella was very helpful & friendly and did all her best to make me and my partner (who had cut same day) happy. She made me believe I am in good hands. And coffee with different syrups available in store! Definitely recommend and will be back. Show more
