I’m saddened to see that being unable to find your way must’ve resulted in a less enjoyable experience for you and, therefore, been reflected in your star rating. Being in a shared,listed building, placing signage can be limited. However, there is clear signage in all of the authorised areas, such as the main road and outside the front door and on the door, so it’s a shame you had some confusion. In the future, if you are ever concerned about finding the room again, I’d be more than happy to meet you at the car park or cafe to accompany you up to the room. Hope this helps, and thanks again for taking the time to leave feedback. I hope to see you again 💕💖
