Another excellent supervision session. Sarah is a nurturing supervisor who enables me to turn up just as I am, vulnerabilities/ warts and all! I consi...stently feel well held by her. I appreciate being able to explore not just client ‘parts’ but my own ‘therapist parts’ that are activated in sessions in a compassionate and understanding space. I have never taken so many videos to supervision which is an indicator of how safe I feel and I get such helpful feedback from doing this. Thank you Sarah
