I had an appointment at this barber shop today at 12 PM, but the road was closed due to police activity, and there were no buses to Church Street. I c...alled to inform them that I was trying to get a taxi because I was far away. They told me I only had 10 minutes to arrive, which was impossible. I accepted the cancellation fee and canceled the appointment. I then rebooked for 6:30 PM. However, while I was on the bus heading there, I noticed an email stating that my appointment had been canceled due to my absence earlier, despite having explained the situation and paid the cancellation fee. This was very frustrating, as I had to turn back and go home. This was my regular barber, but after this experience, I can no longer recommend this place. They handled the situation poorly and have lost my business. Show more
