Lovely salon, but genuinely horrific experience with the staff! Had an appointment for 12pm and went in at around 11.56AM and was greeted and advised ...wouldn’t be a minute wasn’t even spoke to until after 12.34PM and when I was called in there was no apology or acknowledgment of wasting my time. Im sure this wasn’t intentional and I’m sure they were busy but to not even acknowledge me was very uncomfortable. Then when I was sat at the nail table I wasn’t acknowledged or asked what I was getting today or anything. Just a very uncomfortable experience and really disappointing as I was booked in from over a week ago and had to walk out as was very anxious and comfortable Show more
