From the moment you start working with Mike you realise from the way he talks, demonstrates movements, and pays attention to every detail of what you ...are doing that you are being taught by a hugely knowledgeable and professional trainer. He listens carefully to the reasons you want to train, and adapts to your needs and strengths to put together a bespoke training programme personalised to you. He is extremely patient, and communicates effectively as he puts you through your paces, and makes sure you leave the gym with a feeling of achievement and a genuine sense of progress. To add to this he is a genuinely nice guy who takes the time to get to know you, meaning sessions are free from any anxiety or pressure and all about helping make sure you achieve your goals. My advice is to make a booking, you won't regret it! Show more
