Lovely, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The new cabin is lush! Laleh immediately puts you at ease, she’s so easy to talk to and feel comfortable wi...th! She talks me through what she’s doing before she does it, which really helps my autistic anxious self, as I’ve had bad experiences with different people/places before. She doesn’t do a one size fits all, everything is tailored to you specifically and your request/vision. I’ve had brown Wispy + Angel lashes now and they’ve both been gorgeous, very well done and with great retention. I have never EVER had a pain free eyebrow wax, until now! I had no pain or sting at all with Laleh, not a single tear shed! She fully mapped out my brows and showed me to confirm before proceeding and they’re exactly what I asked for. Laleh made a long time client out of me from my 1st appointment. She goes the extra mile and the little ‘extra’ efforts and customisation are what sets her apart from everyone else. I will not go anywhere else for my lashes or brows now! Show more
