What a lovely way to spend an afternoon! I really enjoyed my treatment, the sauna was class, it was my first time using a sauna and everything was so ...clearly explained to me to modify it to my own preferences. The massage was great too, I’m currently recovering from an injury and it was much needed to aid recovery. Thank you!
