I cannot recommend Matt enough, he was absolutely incredible from start to finish! My younger brother (13), who has autism, has been really strugglin...g with his self-confidence lately. He had his heart set on a very specific style, short on the sides with a permed top, and had been growing his hair out for months to achieve it. Unfortunately, as it grew out, it actually started to knock his confidence even more, but he was too anxious to let anyone cut it in case it went wrong. After searching everywhere for a hairdresser willing and experienced enough to do a perm on a young lad, I came across Matt on Booksy… and I’m so glad I did! I booked the earliest appointment available and messaged beforehand to explain my brother’s needs. Matt went completely above and beyond. Not only did he move our appointment sooner, but he also arranged to see us at a time when the salon was closed, so my brother could have a calm, one-on-one environment without any overwhelm. From the moment we arrived, Matt was patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. My brother was really nervous, but Matt made him feel completely at ease and took the time to reassure him every step of the way. The end result was amazing, exactly what my brother wanted. But more importantly, we left with a completely different boy: smiling, confident, and so happy with himself again. If you’re looking for a talented hairdresser who truly cares about his clients and goes the extra mile, Matt is your person. I honestly can’t thank him enough.

We had such a great experience with our hairdresser today! He did my son Leo’s hair – a perm and a cut – and the result was fantastic. He was incredi...bly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole appointment. He explained everything clearly, made Leo feel comfortable, and paid great attention to detail. It’s not always easy to work with kids, but he handled it with such a calm and friendly attitude. Leo absolutely loves his new hairstyle, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend – thank you for the amazing work!
