Booked a same day appointment she had to reschedule due to lack of supplies to Friday. All good but then pushed my Friday appointment back then just c...ompletely ignored me when trying to get a hold of her. Waited 30 minutes no reply, wish she cancelled cause now I’m left without my nails done instead of being politely told she weren’t able. To Georgia, i would just like to give you a quick apology for asking you to come back another time, I hope you can understand I am just a few weeks into being a nail technician & hope you can take this lightly. I was running over time on a client before yourself which is completely my fault . I would just like to apologise again for the inconvenience. & as you know I am happy to rebook you in at a discount price😊I also haven't been feeling well & ive updated my page to take some time off since this day. I haven’t been feeling well over the past few days as I am suffering with the bug. Hence why I asked if we could reschedue.I apologise I couldn’t be a help to you last minute as I am aware your appointment was booked in 24hrs before, as you had plans you wanted them done for.
