I won’t be attending Luccia again. I am not one for leaving reviews normally unless it’s positive. However, I recently moved which meant I needed a ne...w lash tech. I have been to Luccia twice now and twice I have been made to feel like my appointment wasn’t important. She has moved my appointment for the first time so she could finish early and the second time to fit a different client in. My infills were supposed to be £25 but at the appointment was charged £30 despite my Booksy appointment stating £25. Show more

Just to clarify no appointments were moved in order for me to finish early nor fit any other clients in, i politely asked for an appointment to be moved forward slightl due to having a small gap in the day down to a cancellation, this was perfectly fine with the client. My prices were also put up over 2 weeks ago and it’s came to my attention that this has caused a small amount of confusion as booksy was showing the client £25 rather than £30, me and the client were still discussing the pricing situation before this review was left, a message has since been sent by me stating i apologise if you have been made to feel a certain way and im more than happy to sort any pricing issues out with you however have not yet received a reply. I try my best to be as accommodating and welcoming to all my clients as proven by previous 70 reviews. I am extremely sorry you have been made to feel in that way as i would never want that from a client! Please contact me directly if any issues or you’d like anything resolving 💘
