Great haircut from Alfie today. Was a pleasure to support a young barber just starting out in his career. He explained that he was newly qualified an...d just building up his experience with clients. I appreciated his honestly, and that he was upfront about being quite slow and wanting to take care to ensure everything was just right. His communication skills were excellent, and he was constantly checking that was happy at each stage. Well done, and I’m sure you’ll build up your client portfolio quickly.
