I recently had the pleasure of having the incredible Japanese head spa, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! From ...the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and calming. The woman who took care of me was an absolute gem. She was so warm and kind, explaining each step of the process with such care and attention to detail. Her gentle touch during the scalp massage was pure bliss, and I felt completely pampered the entire time. She made sure I was comfortable, checked in to see if I needed anything, and even took her time out after the treatment to answer some questions about the products and recommendation for aftercare. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed, with my scalp and hair feeling and smelling incredible. I can’t recommend Hayley enough.
