Simone was really kind, professional, thoughtful and explained everything really well. She'd specifically researched which oils would work well in res...ponse to information I'd given in the booking stage which I really appreciated. I even walked away with some spare oil to use at home! The massage was perfect, really relaxing and exactly what I needed. I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout. There were brief occasions where I could hear people chatting from the room next door as they got their nails done, despite the music playing in the room I was in. Maybe the speaker could be moved to above the door, or some sound proofing put on the door/wall just to make it a bit quieter? It was also a very hot day so felt a little too hot in there, but I'm not sure much could have been done about that! I'll definitely be back! Show more
