I've been a client of Lucy's now for wow nearly 6 years!! I don't feel like she's just my Beautician, she's now a very loyal friend. I could be having... the worst day, yet no matter what, I always walk out with a smile and of course the best nails, toes or whatever treatment I am having. I love her precision, her patience, her attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble. Lucy, even came to me not long along as I had major surgery, no way was she going to let me not have my nails looking amazing. I always get comments on my nails and we've both worked hard on them and I haven't had extensions for a couple of years and on her advice, I trusted her and we moved to BIAB and so so pleased I did. Lucy, is my beautician yes, but also, my counsellor, a confidant, a loyal listening ear, who always gives great advice, tells me how it is or isn't and I trust her with anything whole heartedly. Plus she puts up with my indecisiveness over choosing nail colours at every, single appointment! She is a gem and if you're lucky enough to be one of her clients, you will not regret it. I'm extremely proud of how far she has come and she definitely doesn't give herself enough credit. She has worked super super hard and I knew years ago she would have her own place and look at her now. So proud of you Lucy!!!!!! XXXX Show more
