Turned up Monday morning 10:30 for an appointment. Shop closed. Text the contact number no answer, called at 10:40 in case running late. Called again ...at 10:45 no answer so had to book another appointment quickly as I had a flight at 4:30pm to catch before going on holiday. Didn’t bother to reply until 5pm. If you’re after an early morning appointment this is not the place. First time I was waiting outside the shop but thought it was a one off also. In terms of actual haircut my previous experience it is an ok haircut but overall service is poor to leave a customer outside the shop without any notification. A simple cancellation on the app would of been fine Show more
