Deposits & Bookings All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee. This fee must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or, in some cases, cancellation of the appointment. Full payment will still be required. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, a £5 late fee will be added to the final total of your appointment. This £5 increases after every 5 extra minutes of lateness. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment upfront for any future bookings. Allergies & Medical Conditions Clients must inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions related to skin or beauty products at the time of booking. I cannot be held responsible for any reactions if this information is not disclosed. Client Preparation Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise discussed prior to your appointment. This ensures the best possible results and allows sufficient time for your service. Hygiene & Safety All tools and products are kept to a high standard of hygiene and are sanitised between each client. If you are feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment. Photography & Social Media Photos or videos may be taken for portfolio and promotional purposes. Please inform me beforehand if you would prefer not to be featured. Agreement By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all terms outlined in this policy.
