My friend and I had the BEST first experience at the Covent Garden branch. All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and beyond helpful! The kn...owledge & experience of the staff was highly reflected in that I had initially booked in for a lobe piercing but based on the earring I had picked the lovely staff recommended a conch piercing and I am SO very grateful because I am in love with it as I don't think I would have otherwise even considered a conch piercing. The jewellery options they have were STUNNING! The piercing studio and procedure itself was impeccable and so sterile! We had our piercings done by the lovely Meghan who was so kind and gentle - made the whole process so enjoyable, calming and non painful. I cannot recommend Metal Morphosis enough - I've had a few piercings and none of them have been like this! I absolutely cannot wait to book in for another one! Show more

I cannot recommend Nera enough! I honestly didn’t think I could ever get my nipples pierced, mine are really flat/small and I’ve had surgery before, s...o I thought it wasn’t even an option. But Nera was amazing. They explained everything about the anatomy in such a clear and reassuring way, and made me feel totally comfortable the whole time. They really know their stuff, and I felt so safe in their hands. What I thought wasn’t possible ended up being such an empowering experience, and I walked out with piercings I absolutely love. Nera is not only super skilled but also so kind and affirming. If you’re even thinking about nipple piercings (or just want someone who really knows anatomy), go to them. Seriously, they’re the best.
