I’ve been a regular customer here, but after today, I won’t be coming back. I had a 15:00 appointment, yet the barber, Alex, only showed up at 15:15 a...fter his lunch break. I showed him a picture of my previous haircut and gave clear instructions: keep the back bulky, the sides longer with a nice flow, and most importantly, keep the taper fade low. I even reminded him twice. Instead of listening, he smirked and told me he knew what he was doing. Well, he clearly didn’t. What I got was a burst fade, way shorter on the sides than I wanted, and nothing like what I asked for. I’ve had better service at an £8 barbershop, yet I paid £22 for this. Completely disappointed. If you value your time and want a barber who actually listens, look elsewhere. Show more
