I’ve been continuously going to Annabel for full sets of Russians and infills for over 6 months now and she is amazing. She keeps you informed through...out the appointment and makes me feel super comfortable. My lashes always look great and I feel really happy every time I leave the salon and if I ever have any issues she will fix it straight away and is constantly improving her skills. I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet your standards, I do my very best to make every single one of my clients appointments suited to them, however you turned up to your appointment an hour late so this cut down a lot of your appointment time where I could have spent more time rectifying and making your lashes the best they could be.
