So sorry you feel this way Katie, your son came in with a photo for reference and I gave him the style he asked for ( front fringe) as he described it, unfortunately not all looks are as achievable as others, there a limitations to what I’m able to do due to hair type, face shape etc. I also asked your son if he was happy with the cut and if he wanted to change anything about it, he indicated he was happy with the finished look. I would also suggest that if your son had booked a restyle, instead of a gentleman’s cut then I would have had longer to deal with his previous style that hadn’t been cut in six months and was dyed green.
