I have had multiple appointments with Jemma now and it feels absolutely necessary to write a review about her excellent work! The first thing to men...tion is it is not just the hair which is impeccable, but Jemma is such a lovely, funny and patient person. Every time I visit her salon it is an enjoyable experience and the time passes quick. Nothing feels like a burden from start to finish. Additionally, Jemma is incredibly talented but also educated. She shares this knowledge at every step of the hair appointment and decisions we make- which really feels like a joint decision process! I feel like I really know what I’m signing up to when I choose colours, extensions. Styles etc. which really has made a difference. Lastly (although I could go on all day) something I’ve noticed which I the main reason Jemma has me a client as long as she will have me… when I leave the chair my hair never feels noticeably done- yes! It feels lovely and brand new… but never feels excessively or over coloured. It’s clean, natural and I never feel like I have to let it “settle” for a few days. My hair is naturally curly and since my visits with Jemma I can see my natural curl has come back loads. A sign that I am not having it over bleached or broken. 10/10 all around and so happy I waited over a year to find the right person 🥰💕
