I have MS and mobility issues. I struggled up the stairs I paid for the treatment and was let to the room. I was not given any information about the t...reatment and its benefits The infra red was excessively hot and could not be adjusted The stairs to the cold pool were steep and I struggled to get in and felt very unsafe because there was no handrail. If something had happened there was no one to call. There was no consideration with regards to health and safety and no concern showed by the staff. She was obviously unqualified and more interested in serving customers in the cafe she was running. She was the only member of staff. I was helped down the stairs by a member of the public as the staff member was busy texting in her phone The cold bath was lovely but I don’t recommend the place and won’t ever use it again Show more

I booked an appointment online, for a Sauna and Ice bath. After a 45 minute journey, I arrived to be told that someone had just gone in, and my bookin...g wasn’t available. I had paid a deposit for the booking, and received official confirmation. I was told I could come back in 2 and a half hours as there was another slot available, but this was not a viable option. First time visiting for the fire and ice. Extremely clean and very cold tub, sauna didn't seam that hot. Could do with another bench area to change at..., as two people at one small bench a little cramped. A lovely creamy raw cocoa after to warm up. Would visit again. Show more

Upon entering the venue, i was greeted by 2 members of staff. One was my therapist, and she introduced herself as Molly. She walked me to the treatmen...t room and told me what i needed to do to prep for the treatment. The room was small and dark. There was a cupboard to my things in, but even that was small. I did come in a big winter coat and boots, and they barely fit. She left and waited outside until I was ready. We had a conversation about my skin type, and then the facial started. Mollys movements were slow (as they should be for this treatment), and her touch was gentle. The facial was very relaxing and enjoyed it thoroughly. I did have to wipe off an exfoliator that had been fully removed. I understand these grains are difficult to get off with soaked cotton pads. I would suggest cellulose sponges and a bowl of warm water, but there wasn't a sink in the room, so i can understand why this happened. But genuinely, it was a lovely treatmwnt and Molly was lovely. I think she'll do well and I wish her all the best in her career. Show more

Usually the sauna is fine, it does what it says. The last time we went though the sauna wasn’t even heated and wasn’t at full temperature by the time ...we left. We basically sat in a warm box. Then, instead of having a ‘Kalm’ relaxing drink, a woman (who I am sure is the owner) was sat FaceTiming on her phone basically shouting to whoever was on the other end (well, of the 3 phone calls she made).
