I visited Vikki in her new studio which is light and airy also very private. It was easy to find and Parking was easy. I wanted to dicuss my hair loss.... Vikki was very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I had briefly met Vikki earlier in the year but needed more specific advice. Once she sat me down she pulled up her own chair and listened without comment while I spoke, she asked me a lot of questions and then had a look at my scalp and hair. She explained what she saw, what it meant and showed me the images of my scalp on screen. Vikki discussed with me a treatment plan whuch seemed 'doable', she gave me a lot of advice on how to keep my hair and scalp healthy. She also suggested a blood test with my GP to check a number of things. When I got home later Vikki sent me a list of actions to remind me what I needed to do. I came away feeling very positive to start my journey to save my hair. I look forward to my review. Show more
