Appointment booked for 9:30am only to find the barber was not there and they had no idea I was coming. No apology from those there. I left as this is ...the reason for using this barber. Having the ability to book in is essential and I do not have time to wait around. Will no longer be using Mesi Cutz I cannot do with unreliable customer service. Shame they did a nice hair cut.
