unfortunately got cancelled on whilst I was waiting outside of her house. I got asked to attend my appointment 1 hour earlier, so went straight from w...ork which is a 30 min drive. I appreciate things happen, but to be let down like this was frustrating, especially since I go on holiday tomorrow & had the appointment booked a couple weeks in advance so now unable to book anywhere else last minute. Have since been ignored after being asked to come back tomorrow. Show more

Hi Georgia, I don’t feel this review is fair. I gave you the option to attend earlier for your appointment which you gladly accepted. Once I got to work I was met with a medical emergency which so happened to be the time of your appointment. I then expressed how sorry I was and offered to stay late the following night to get you in free of charge and was met with you ignoring both of my messages.
