I remove your previous manicure at each appointment, enabling me to check the health of your natural nails. If you don’t book on for a removal there may not be time to finish the service and this will put my scheduled appointments out of sync. If you’re a new client, you must ensure that you come to your appointment with bare nails. My policy is that I will not remove product that’s been applied elsewhere in any circumstances, I will turn away work that I haven’t applied. If you arrive with product on from another salon or service, I will not carry out the treatment but your appointment will be fully chargeable. If you require a nail repair, a french tip finish or any form of nail art, please add this onto the treatment via the add-on Nail Art service. Incredible service and experience, my manicurist Laura was just wonderful - incredibly knowledgeable and skilled she took the time to explain the Bio ...Sculpture treatments and processes to me and put together a treatment plan, the attention to detail was second to none. My natural nails look impeccable, the best they every have after years of acrylics (and two weeks of moving house too!). The salon was gorgeous a really lovely environment, I enjoyed the whole experience - can't wait to go back! Show more
