The whole treatment was super relaxing and the therapist was really lovely. The only things I would improve are some clearer instructions to find the ...location, as once I'd gone through the gate, I wasn't sure where the stairs or lift were and only knew what number the location was from looking at the building map. As the treatment room was inside a salon, during the treatment I could hear a phone ringing and people talking and laughing in the salon quite loudly. I could also hear booming music from another business in the background the whole time. Luckily I was so relaxed that any external noises, soon faded and they didn't spoil my relaxation. Show more
