Lauren was so so welcoming and is such a talent. After about 8 or 9 years since having my nails done, I was quite nervous about going. I was immediate...ly put at ease and she took great care not only in understanding what I wanted but also my skin nibbling tendancies. She kept a lovely conversation throughout the appointment, something that often worries me when meeting someone new. Watching her create a beautiful set was so theraputic.
