I’m disappointed with my experience because I booked two appointments months apart and both were cancelled on the day. The lack of communication is un...professional because I reached out multiple times to confirm my booking on text and Instagram but she didn’t reply. After the first time it happened a few months ago I gave her the benefit of the doubt and booked her again recently but it happened again. The night before my recent appointment I received a reschedule notification from Booksy but when I checked it was the same but this gave me a bad feeling that she was going to cancel again which she did the following day. I’ve never had this experience before with other businesses and it just felt really unprofessional.
