I’m disappointed with my experience because I booked two appointments months apart and both were cancelled on the day. The lack of communication is un...professional because I reached out multiple times to confirm my booking on text and Instagram but she didn’t reply. After the first time it happened a few months ago I gave her the benefit of the doubt and booked her again recently but it happened again. The night before my recent appointment I received a reschedule notification from Booksy but when I checked it was the same but this gave me a bad feeling that she was going to cancel again which she did the following day. I’ve never had this experience before with other businesses and it just felt really unprofessional. Show more
