Gorgeous little experience. The place is spotless & the temperature of everything was just perfect! Could do with 1 hour sessions as it took me a bit ...longer to psych myself up to aim to go in the plunge twice 😂 but I will definitely be going back. I went first thing in the morning and it set my day up perfectly! Fresh, awake and motivated 💫🩷🙏🏼 staff are so lovely too! Show more

Great experience! Sauna is super relaxing and perfect temperature, with it being infrared you can still breath in there unlike saunas in gyms that ar...e stuffy. The plunge pool is colder than you think and you feel really invigorated after a few minutes. To top it off you get the room to yourself which is great, it’s super private and chill. 10/10, the staff are also really helpful and friendly 👍 Show more

Tranquil Paradise! We came to Drift’s studios feeling overwhelmed by everything—from business pressures to the chaos of everyday life—and left feelin...g completely relaxed and at ease. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Lex, who immediately put us at ease by explaining the experience we were about to enjoy, including the innovative infrared sauna and invigorating cold plunge. Lex’s welcoming, knowledgeable approach made us feel comfortable right away, and the studio itself is absolutely stunning—with peaceful, tranquil, classy boho vibes that showcase the owners’ impeccable eye for detail. We felt like we’d just arrived at a five-star retreat in Bali, and not in the busy town of Howrich. The infrared saunas offered a deeper, more sustained body heat compared to traditional saunas, allowing us to enjoy extended 15-20 minute sessions. After a warm shower, we stepped into the cold plunge and practiced breathwork, which triggered a sudden rush of endorphins before heading back into the sauna for another round—simply perfect. As we watched our daily stress melt away while listening to our own music via the Bluetooth speakers, we also read a fascinating pamphlet about the health benefits of the therapy. After the session, Scott greeted us and sat down to chat, sharing even more insights into the health benefits and asking for feedback, which really demonstrated how much they care. I would 100% recommend Drift—my partner and I were able to share a truly relaxing, intimate experience (away from the kids), and even though it was just an hour, I now feel much more relaxed and clear-minded.
