Gorgeous little experience. The place is spotless & the temperature of everything was just perfect! Could do with 1 hour sessions as it took me a bit ...longer to psych myself up to aim to go in the plunge twice 😂 but I will definitely be going back. I went first thing in the morning and it set my day up perfectly! Fresh, awake and motivated 💫🩷🙏🏼 staff are so lovely too! Show more

Great experience! Sauna is super relaxing and perfect temperature, with it being infrared you can still breath in there unlike saunas in gyms that ar...e stuffy. The plunge pool is colder than you think and you feel really invigorated after a few minutes. To top it off you get the room to yourself which is great, it’s super private and chill. 10/10, the staff are also really helpful and friendly 👍 Show more
