The girl doing my makeup was lovely however for the extortionate price it was a much less thorough makeup application than I’ve ever had in other prem...ises. There was no prep of the skin, cleanser or primer applied just straight in with foundation, which is probably why I had to reapply the makeup before the end of the day. The makeup itself was ok, there were some unblended areas but I was able to fix this easily enough. I never received the receipt that was to be sent by email to see why exactly it cost so much but the price was way way more expensive than any makeup application I’ve paid for in the past, all of which had better results. As for the hair which I had booked this was never offered and the girl took my payment and said goodbye without mentioning it so I left without having hair curled which had been included in the booking which I was too embarrassed to say anything about as I already didn’t feel that comfortable. I had to rush home and curl my hair myself which put pressure on my time to make it to the wedding and made the morning quite stressful and rushed. The wee girl herself was a lovely wee thing and I’m not holding her responsible as it seemed like more of a poorly run shop which maybe requires more thoughtful processes and training implemented on acceptable standards Show more
