The assistant was very nice, the appointment was 2.5 hrs wasnt offered a drink, i was having biab taken off & new colour put on. I feel a couple of na...ils dont look great. I felt it was expensive as well £40 yes it may be cheaper going forward but at best i would say my nails & the time spent in the salon £30 would be sufice. Show more

Hi Elaine, thank you for your honest feedback regarding your recent appointment. We sincerely apologize for the oversight in not offering you a drink during your visit. We have coffee and tea facilities available for all clients, and it should have been offered to you. Additionally, we regret that your appointment took longer than expected. Unfortunately, it seems the nail technician was not aware of the need for a removal beforehand, which led to additional time being required which I believe was explained at the beginning of your appointment, furthermore the nail technician explained she had a client booked in straight after you and due to your appointment being longer than expected she would need to do that client during your appointment to which you agreed to.
