From the moment I arrived, she was so professional, warm, and... incredibly thoughtful, making me feel completely relaxed and confident in her hands. Ella took the time to explain each step of the treatment and tailored everything to suit my features perfectly. The results are absolutely stunning — my lashes look beautifully lifted and defined, and my brows are fuller, perfectly shaped, and effortlessly polished. What really stood out was the care she gave after the treatment. She shared helpful hints and tricks to help my lashes and brows heal and last longer, including how to keep them nourished, how to brush and set them properly, and what to avoid in the first 24–48 hours to maintain the best results. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling pampered, confident, and glowing.
