I had wispy cat eye volume lashes for my wedding day and am in love with them. She talked through exactly what I wanted and let me know if any changes... needed making in the lead up to my wedding day to let her know. When I got home around 8.30pm I noticed one side was the tiniest bit less voluminous I let her know and she replied immediately and got me in at 1pm the next day and I could not be more in love with them. Fantastic work and customer service. 💕💕 I’m not usually the kind to ask for changes but she’s so approachable and she made me feel so comfortable 🤍 Show more

Had a lovely experience with Kasia yesterday. She fixed a mess from a previous lash technician and never once complained. It took her over an hour to ...remove the old lashes, and she was so patient and gentle with me. She kept checking if I was ok and comfortable during my visit, and she gave me her best the atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing from start to finish. Kasia is very professional and just an absolute pleasure to be around you can see she has a lot of passion for her job. Lovely person inside and out.
