You showed me a photo of a French pedicure, which I recreated; however, the image showed acrylic toenails, while you had booked a BIAB toenail service. You initially booked one toenail reconstruction but asked during your appointment for both big toes and pinky toes to be reconstructed, which I didn’t charge extra for. You didn’t mention wanting all toenails reconstructed until after the service was completed. A toenail reconstruction on Booksy is described as “a specialist treatment to rebuild damaged or missing toenails, leaving a healthy and natural-looking finish.” I provided this on the four toenails you requested, even though only one was booked. Unfortunately, I don’t offer toenail extensions, so if this had been mentioned at the start, I would have explained that it wasn’t possible. Reconstructions use a specialist product, not acrylic, as I don’t offer acrylic services. Your Elim Express Pedicure is a 30-minute refresh, not a full pedicure. As stated, it’s designed for light maintenance between full Elim pedicures and may require multiple treatments for heavily callused feet. Before you left, I confirmed everything was okay, and you said your nails were fine. I appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving clarity and client experience.
