I had my first experience in Jade Samantha’s salon, which was braid removal followed by the Ultimate Hair Therapy treatment, and it’s an easy five sta...r rating. The whole experience was amazing. Jade was so gentle and considerate with my hair, and really understanding of my relationship with it as a cancer survivor which meant a lot- and is much needed in the Black community. Having the studio to myself made everything feel calm, private and really relaxing. She’s also so easy to talk to, and her advice on my hair care moving forward made sense and felt really personalised to me. Honestly, just a great experience all round. I’m really looking forward to going back as a regular client and would happily recommend her to anyone.

Amazing treatment! So hard to find a hairdressers who can properly trim 4c hair! Let alone complete a wonderful treatment from scalp to finish. The wh...ole process was amazing and Jade is lovely. The shop Bfly Nails that Jade works from is Gorgeous!! Super comfy chairs, relaxing environment. A wonderful service. Looking forward to my next treatment.
