Well, the problem was this. When I turned up for my appointment at 1355 on Friday, the shop was locked, and nobody around. This was especially irritat...ing as I had had an email that morning changing the time from 1400 to 1355 (!!!) and saying that, unless I confirmed the change, the appointment would be cancelled. So I had the hassle of confirming for a five minute change - and then you were not there. Not at all impressed. Show more
