Poor communication, a woman staying in the apartments had to let us in as we’d had no instructions. Spa services is a gross overstatement. The hot tub... and cold plunge were dirty. Sauna seats 2. No toilet or change area. I’m not sure what I was expecting but it’s outside in a courtyard with no cover. It was cheap and that was its only saving grace.

Excellent facilities. Hot tub, sauna for 2 and ice bath. I wasn’t brave enough for the ice bath but husband raved about it. Will definitely return....

We had a good time, couldnt get the sauna on in the first visit which was a shame. Just need a little note to say click once and leave for 30min to he...at and we would have been fine. Nice well kept courtyard which we found relaxing.

Very comfortable stay here in the lovely town of Morpeth. Central location with very comfortable beds. Lovely facilities hot tub sauna and did not try... cold plunge pool
