Hello dear client, You visited our clinic for the treatment of marionette lines (sad lines), but by mistake, you selected “chin botox” when booking your appointment. The time we allocate for filler treatment in that area is around 1 hour and 30 minutes, including 20 minutes for numbing cream, consultation, and injection. This timing may vary slightly depending on each person. All of this information is clearly mentioned on our website. Despite the advice we gave you, you came one week earlier than recommended, and again selected the wrong treatment (chin botox), which only takes 30 minutes. Still, even though our clinic was busy, we respectfully completed your treatment. The final result of filler treatment usually appears after about one month. We do not do advertisements — we simply introduce our services so clients can choose the right treatment with full understanding. We dedicate full time and attention to all our clients. According to your own words in the feedback form, you described yourself as an impatient person. It seems you didn’t notice that the client before you left the room because their treatment was finished. We always follow hygiene standards very carefully — and in many cases, we go beyond the standard. All our tools and products are single-use and disposable.
