I’ve now had sessions to help recovery for my dodgy hamstrings and to get out tension in my neck and back! Kev offers great chat and a great knowled...ge in both these aspects helping greatly in my recovery and for my understanding around it! Absolute Legend!! Would highly recommend giving it go even for smaller niggles, even if you don’t have a ‘serious’ problem. 🙌 Show more
