45 minute Head SPA Ritual

I visited FJB after purchasing a voucher. Although the website stated that the voucher was for a 60-minute treatment originally priced at £85 (with a ...54% discount), once I printed the voucher, I noticed it actually mentioned a 45-minute treatment worth £60 instead. I’m sorry to have to leave a negative review because the girl who assisted me was very kind and friendly, but unfortunately, the treatment itself was quite disappointing. I was only comforted by the fact that I paid the discounted price — if I had paid full price, I would have been extremely disappointed. According to the website description, there was supposed to be a scalp consultation included, which did not happen. However, what disappointed me the most was leaving the salon with my hair still damp and oily, especially considering it clearly stated that the service ended with a professional blow-dry — which definitely didn’t happen. Overall, a very disappointing experience, only slightly redeemed by the kindness of the staff member. EDIT: Unfortunately, there’s no way to reply to your response, so I’m doing it here by editing my first review. As for the fact that you won’t see me again — you can count on that. I’d say I might as well change the rating to one star, considering the only thing that made me hesitate was the kindness of the girl. Unfortunately, if you run a business, you also need to learn to accept criticism. It would have been nice, for example, to explain why the voucher is for one treatment and then another one is done. And it would also be nice to reply to this: was there a professional blowdry or not? Also, are you seriously telling me there are cameras in the room where I changed and undressed? That’s something to report to the authorities. Show more
