I wish I could say my visit to this salon was anything close to professional, but unfortunately, it was the worst waxing procedure I've ever had. Havi...ng owned a salon for over seven years, I know exactly what to expect when it comes to quality service. This was far from it. I booked my appointment based on the salon's claim of using **premium luxury products**—but what I got was a basic **Veet home waxing kit**, the kind you’d find in any high-street shop. This is **not** the standard I anticipated, nor is it remotely close to professional-grade waxing. I was left with bruising and had to visit another salon for them to complete the service to the standard I would expect. If that wasn’t enough, the environment was completely **unsuitable for beauty treatments**. The home salon was **incredibly untidy**, and the room where the waxing was carried out was cluttered with **car bumpers and baby clothing**—hardly the relaxing and hygienic atmosphere one would expect. A salon should be a place of cleanliness, expertise, and high-quality care. Sadly, my experience here fell drastically short of all three. If you're looking for a luxurious waxing treatment, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Show more

The situation you described doesn't align with our standards, and we'll be looking into why the service and environment didn't meet expectations. We like to go above and beyond for our clients and still carried out your treatment despite you turning up several hours late which goes against our policy. Rest assured, all hair was removed and no bruising was visible at the time and end of procedure. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for clients actions once leaving which may result in bruising if that’s what’s happened. The environment used for our treatments are medically cleansed and well looked after with no clutter. Thank you for your time.
