I booked a deep tissue massage online and we’d never spoken before. So after our initial chat, she treated me in a completely bespoke way and she just understood and knew what my body needed. I honestly cannot recommend Anca enough! She’s an incredible therapist — a true body doctor who really listens and knows exactly where to work the mom...ent she touches your muscles. She finds the knots and tension points effortlessly and releases them with such skill and care. I came in with weeks of headaches and tightness in my head and shoulders, and I left feeling like I was walking on clouds. The relief was unbelievable. I also had the most amazing buccal massage with Anca for my TMJ and bruxism — it was absolutely life-changing! She’s not only gifted with her hands but also gives thoughtful advice and creates a healing space that feels like therapy and massage in one.
