A lovely calm atmosphere which was warm and welcoming. Gemma was friendly and professional, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the entire pr...ocess. Due to a nail condition Gemma advised against the gel nails I had requested , giving a full explanation, and offering an alternative manicure to suit my nails. Additionally she wanted to explore options further so that I could manage my nail care most effectively moving forward, which I really appreciated.
